Lowkey Coffee Cold Brew Float Recipe
We are currently obsessed with this cold brew ice cream float. It's sure to be the drink of the summer!
Creamy homemade vanilla ice cream + smooth Lowkey Decaf Cold Brew = unreal.
Ingredients
For the ice cream:
- 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
For the float:
- Lowkey Coffee Decaf Cold Brew
- Cinnamon or cocoa powder (optional, for topping)
Directions
Make the ice cream:
- Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap and set aside.
- Add the heavy cream, vanilla, and salt to a bowl. Beat with a hand mixer for 2–3 minutes until soft peaks begin to form.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and continue mixing for another 2–3 minutes until firmer peaks form.
- Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Build the float:
- Add a few scoops of the ice cream to a glass.
- Slowly pour Lowkey Decaf Cold Brew over the ice cream.
- Top with another scoop (or two).
- Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder if desired.
