Lowkey Coffee Summer Giveaway - Official Rules

By participating in the Lowkey Coffee Summer Giveaway (“Giveaway”), entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of LOWKEY COFFEE LLC, which are final and binding.

Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by LOWKEY COFFEE LLC (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to win.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on May 20, 2026 at 7:15 PM ET and ends on May 26, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET (“Giveaway Period”).

How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry:

  1. Follow @drink_lowkey on Instagram
  2. Like the official giveaway post
  3. Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the giveaway post

Bonus Entries:
Participants may receive five (5) additional entries by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @drink_lowkey.

Participants with private Instagram accounts must send a screenshot of their Story share via direct message to @drink_lowkey before the Giveaway Period ends in order for bonus entries to qualify.

Limit one primary entry per person. Automated, spam, bulk, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Eight (8) cases of Lowkey Coffee decaf cold brew delivered in multiple shipments over approximately four (4) months
  • One (1) branded tote bag
  • One (1) branded t-shirt
  • One (1) branded hoodie
  • One (1) branded hat

Winner may select available merch styles, sizes, and coffee assortment preferences subject to availability.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $650 USD.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner will be contacted via direct message from @drink_lowkey within approximately 48 hours of giveaway closing. The selected winner must respond within 72-hours or Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before awarding the prize.

Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their first name, Instagram handle, likeness, and/or reposted content for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any other errors related to participation in the Giveaway.
